03 we hit pretty hard as well. I think our special teams hitting has gone down. I can remember in 2000-2003 we were good to lay somebody out in every game.

I remember this game. Didn't we sack them the first 3 plays on defense?
But that video is WOW

1:15 Laundry hit on QB!

Creed and LSU should never mix!

I know you didn't make the video. Just saying.

That fricker saved a couple games by bringing the wood. The Bama game for example.

Sorry if we don't play two hand touch or if that's too tough for ya all!

I hope you not talking about the Pac 1.

I can't believe how long it took to get that response.

Finally I can tune my violin.

Thanks a bunch

I don't think it's just LSU. As a league, I think the SEC is a tough league. Look how worn down every team in the SEC is at the end of the season compared to some of the other teams in the country.

It's definitely a war of attrition in the SEC. That's not the case in other leagues. As far as the league goes, I think LSU, Georgia, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky (yes, Kentucky), and MSU were the hardest hitting teams I saw last season.

If so what did Tulane hit like? What is Tulanes reason for losing.

Glad to know every SEC fan is an expert on every other league considering you hardly ever play any teams from other BCS leagues.

We're stronger, we're tougher...the oldest and silliest mantra in the books for the South; that's what Southerners said about the Confederate soldiers and why they would win the Civil war..."why one Southerner could whip ten Yankees" (we all now how that turned out.)

...and now you say it about football players!

Time to move on guys...you're better than this grade school nonsense.

with the D-linemen’s blocking sled drills sounding like piledrivers from the nearby work sites on LSU’s new

I 'd say so

Tell you what, Zamoro. Go find yourself a copy of the last two BCS title games and see if you can figure out which team is the hardest hitting? LSU was finally back at full strength for the BCS title game in January and it showed. We completely throttled VA Tech back in September and the same happened to Ohio State.

Go ask your little west coast friends from Arizona and Fresno (that's right, we played Arizona and Fresno a couple of seasons ago) if they'd want another shot at us. We absolutely destroyed both of them.

Don't even compare the Puke-10 with the SEC. Once in a while, you may get a win over one of our teams - once in a while.

Go have an overpriced latte at Starbucks and thank God that your team will likely lose too many games this season to be matched up against us in a BCS game at the end of the season, so you won't have to endure the same fate as our last three bowl opponents - Miami, Notre Dame and Ohio State - who lost by a combined score of 119-41.

Did LSU "destroy" Arizona State and Oregon State too? Does the PAC 10 not have a winning record all time vs. the SEC? Does the PAC 10 not own the head to head advantage in the last decade? This millenium?

The PAC 10 will have a "down" year this year, but USC and Oregon should be very good. I'd like to see a top notch SEC team come and take them on in Autzen.

I have had several unsolicited comments up here in N. Carolina such as," LSU, that's a bunch of tuff s.o.b's there." From a Michigan fan. "LSU hits so hard , they knock the numbers off your jersies."
Yes, they have a reputation.

I believe this expression on Tebow's face pretty much answers the question.
