That's a clown question, bro.
Which sport brings in more money? There is your answer.

Not really. Look at the Big 12. Kansas State, yes KSU, is the current conference champions in football, basketball and baseball. There are a lot of schools out there succeeding in multiple sports.

Both. Before saban, this fanbase cared about baseball more because skip was building the intimidator. IMO, watching baseball at the box is as enjoyable as a fan and its nice to be great at baseball and view championship baseball in the spring.

I think you look at this question in relation to each sport in respect to national ranking in program success, attendance, facility, coach, abilty to attract players and fan support.
Easy answer LSU is "The Baseball School".

would say LSU is a baseball school
If you really believe a "baseball school" is expanding its football stadium to 100,000 while baseball plays in front of bout 15,000, I don't know what to tell you.

Football school who is dominant in a secondary sport. Pretty impressive.

Don't forget about Stanford, LSU is not ranked in the sears cup which rates every institution on how they produce in each sport.

This.
And I hope LSU fans realize that the majority of the country DNGAF about college baseball. I was talking to someone from the northeast recently and saying LSU was ranked in the top 3 this year and he said "they rank college baseball? people actually follow that?". LSU baseball is lightyears ahead of any program in terms of support for the program.

LSU used to be a Track and Field school.

I wouldn't go that far. Other schools do far better at supporting Olympic sports (i.e. swimming, gymnastics, tennis, softball, volleyball, etc.) than we do. On the other hand, that's likely part of the reason why we run a profit, and don't have to spend taxpayer dollars on LSU sports.
