Right, that most be why LSU leads all BCS progams and SEC programs in wins since 2005.
And has more 11 win seasons and more Top 8 NR'ing since 2005 than any program in the SEC.

This season will show how good of a coach he is
So, a 7 year period of the most elite success in LSU history isn't good enough, huh.
Talk bout a tough crowd to please.

I second this. The only thing I'd like to add is that he's the only coach to get the football program to a 13-0 record. EVER.
Best record in school history. The school has only been around since 1860. That's saying something.
If you don't like the guy, you don't like the guy. Everyone has their opinion, however you can't look beyond what the man has already accomplished in his time here.
But like the saying goes, "haters are gonna hate."

If anyone doesn't think Miles is a top 5-10 coach , they are just haters. Good god. Before last year it was," yeah he wins , but te games are close and they shouldn't be because LSU recruits itself". After skull fricking the entire sec and rose bowl champ and the orange bowl champ , there are still LSU "fans " that question if he is a good coach?I frickIN HATE OUR FANBASE!

I'm not sure where I would rank Miles.
Definitely in the top 10. I can't think of 5 coaches I would take over him so I'll say he's top 5. Definitely not #1 though.
The way Les Miles has handled the last 4 years in terms of the QB situation, especially in the NC game, has shaped my opinion of him the most as of right now.

Les Miles isn't the best college football coach in Baton Rouge.

I guess you think Lee would've improve on his 1td 8 int against Bama for a career?

I guess you thought JJ's 25 yards against a 3-4 defense in the SEC Championship was just an anomaly.
Let's leave Lee and JJ out of this. I know you didn't start it, but they're gone and it's time to never mention them again.

No way in God's green earth. Who in their right mind would mess with a good thing and bench the top rated QB in the toughest league in the nation for the top team at the time for a one dimensional QB suspended from the team for an altercation and breaking team rules?
Miles has flirted with disaster way too many times in his career for it to be considered one off. He believed his own headlines, was ill prepared for the game, and will forever be remembered for all of the wrong reasons after the disastrous showing in the title game. Its one thing to lose in a tight game, its another to not have a single thing on offense work, yet you continue to repeat it.
Soft Parade hit a home run with his reply. Miles for me would be in top 15 at best.

An you'd be ignorant. To think you, a frickin fan ,knows more about what a qb can do than miles is dumb. I know everyone wants to paint this bullshite picture that Lee was setting the world on fire, but he wasn't he had some horrible games against shitty defenses. Check his Oregon And Kentucky stats. In the Ark game JJ had the best game of either all year. Now I myself thought Lee should remain starter but I'm not naive to think I know more than the staff because I see 4 hrs of football on a Saturday.

You've hated JJ for ever. Any of your input on the qb's is jaded. Period

Definitely top 5. I wouldn't want anyone else here.
