I have lived in central Mississippi for the past 20 years or so and I’ll tell you that ole miss fans are pissed. I typo\icall attend all LSU away games when we play in Oxford or Starkville, but I am not planning to attend this one.
I am not really concerned about getting hurt, but there is so much potential for a fricked up weekend due to some arse picking a fight or somebody fricking with my truck, that it is just not worth it to me.
If you get in a fight, regardless of who starts it, as an LSU fan you can bet you’ll be spending the rest of the weekend in the LaFayette County jail.

1. Saban didn't leave LSU for Bama (and didn't poach our players / staff to face us immediately after)
2. LSU were the defending national champions with his successor
3. LSU's seat at the big boy table in college football was as secure as anyone's in the sport
4. At the time Bama was still a recent laughing stock of disappointment. We weren't in a period of serious beef towards their program or their fans again yet, the hate was mostly localized to Saban. They weren't even the most hated program in their state - we hated Auburn WAY more at the time
Ole Miss fans want LSU wiped off the map. Vaught-Hemingway won't be anywhere near as loud as Tiger Stadium was that night, but there will be serious vitriol in Oxford. Definitely the most since James Meredith set foot on that campus

LSU took their football programs life blood away. Football Saturday has been changed forever for them. It will never be the same there. From the fans to the students…pissed.
If any of you go to the game, drive a rental vehicle.

Probably not. They are pissed. Just don’t go to the restrooms or concessions and you may be OK.

The airport situation was a little over the top and a prime example of being unstable. Grown men who more than likely left work early to go scream vulgarity at someone pursuing to better themselves.

Good point, most folks here are not old enough to remember when Tulane actually had a fan base, when they did there was none as obnoxious.

Well that was on a Sunday so I wouldn’t say they were more than likely leaving work early. And from the video, it looks like it was mainly college kids that were deciding between going to yell at Kiffin and smoking weed on the couch
