i went to the LSU Data tracker twitter page to see if i could verify that and it of course doesn’t have the most recent tweets first if your not signed in

but I did run across a tweet from fall ball 2022 about Paul Skene’s second home run of fall ball that had an exit velocity of 104.1 MPH

I still wish we could have seen Geauxhtani

He's doing a great job, so far!

It will be awesome if he reaches even close to DC's career achievements- which is LSU Baseball Royalty.

Why can’t someone’s swing look like a great player’s?

the only commonality between Curiel's and Griffey's swings is that they're both left handed

has plenty of power. He consistently hits the ball as hard as anyone on the team.

That’s not power. Power is hitting it over the fence

yeah that’s just not true.

Love Curiel.
He will continue to be limited as a prospect by his power potential until he shows he can hit homers.

But as a college player, having a out lead off guy on base 6/10 times is pretty fricking awesome

Crews finished his freshman season with a 163 wRC+

Through non-conference play and 3 games against the worst SEC team, Curiel has a 156 wRC+

no, two completely different players... both are great and both will be the face of LSU baseball in their times... but curiel will never get close to crews's power.
