Is Coach Eaux here for life? Could he be bought?

When he was hired, the consensus was snickering at LSU for hiring him.

Now, if he takes LSU to the playoffs, possibly to the national title, is he still a lifer or is he a hot commodity that some other school, like... USC, might covet and throw cash at?

Would LSU win in a bid to keep him?

He’s not going anywhere until he retires or is fired

LSU is his dream job. Why would he leave?

Orgeron loves LSU more than any other college coach in America. Don't you remember him crying at his press conference?

This is his dream job.

This is Os dream job. He’s ours until he decides he wants to go or until our team is not performing the way LSU should perform. I’m happy for him and he is enjoying every moment. We should have 0 worries about our head coach!

Saban left. Dollar signs and glory. Regrets it. People make mistakes for money.

Saban didn't grow up an LSU fan and Orgeron isn't going to get an NFL head coaching offer. He's a college coach.

He's here until he loses his edge, then next man up. Few coaches ride out a job until retirement. At LSU the margins are razor thin and I think he knows the routine.

Disagree with zero worries.

He's doing well, but we're not going to be able to plug holes with graduate transfers forever.

If Brennan does well the next two years and we get a good replacement after that I'll say no worries.

No major program other than LSU, will ever offer him a head coaching job again. LSU will have him as long as they want him.

There’s a language barrier at every other school without a translater, so no.

In that scenario we'd pay him out big anyway. Would likely match any offer.

Explain or GTFO. Orgeron has proven he can take a major program to the next level. You think programs are going to ignore him and hire the likes of Willie Taggart, Manny Diaz, Justin Wilcox, Chad Morris and Joe Moorehead over a proven HC?
