Is Brian Kelly and the staff the first to wear black pants on the sideline at LSU?

No, I’m not bitching and i really don’t care but I don’t remember our coaches ever wearing black pants on the sideline.

You cared enough to make this post.. I know it wasn’t much of a game yesterday but that’s your takeaway?

I can honestly say I’ve never, ever noticed what the coaches are wearing.

The team needs to go back to the 1990’s black high tops also.

I like the khaki with purple polos and gray with the white polos. Not that I actually care

These are probably gray or maybe brown, but he probably wore black pants at one time or another

With the traditional khaki you can see more bulge which depending on your affiliation is good or bad.
With black the bulge is hidden (ironic) but you get a slimmer look which again may please some depending on which team they are on
To recap khaki = bulge black = no bulge but slimming effect

Why does the lineman have different shoulder stripes than the other guys?

Better stripes for whites. Don't you know everything is racist on this board?

Put the on field coaches in black pants and purple shirts, then its easier to sneak a couple more analyst out there in khakis.
