He actually is more built for LB imo...

THis is what I've been saying! Looking at his recruiting vids, he definitely seemed more suited for def than offense!

Copelands film at DT was simply amazing. Dude must have played against some scrubs.. because he was the recruit I was most excited about. I guess in big time college football, some players don't transition the same. Dude was an animal

He's still young. It's pretty tough to be 18 and come in and be a starting FB. Copeland is a lot bigger than him. Don't count him out.

Yeah, he's clearly a good athlete. He explodes off the line and he can block a hell of a lot better than Stampley. He is a one dimensional FB though. Once Worle gets going Copeland can still move back to DT. Depends on if Ego is really going to be a DT and what kind of production Downs is giving us.

FB was a real need for us this year with Stampley wiffing almost every time. With Ware playing fullback and Worle being back we'll see where Copeland goes.

and as far as Worle being upset, dude looks upset every time he decleats or runs over someone so I wouldn't be worried about that.

I don't believe your a tiger fan.

This is a troll thread worthy of the rant.

This thread has nothing to do with recruiting.

I ra'd.

His previous posts look legitimate to me and show a thorough knowledge of the LSU roster. I agree not a good subject heading 10 days before NSD, but think you're out of line here.

Why is miles so stubborn. Copeland on the DL would have been beast.

It's awesome so many people are allowed in the football compound to watch practices.

I ra'd for it to be moved to the rant.

I think it's suspect, that someone that just joined this month, post's a thread that try's to put the coaches in a bad light.
That's what the rant is for. This board is for discussion of current and future recruits.

Just like the thread with Redemptorist RB charged with rape in it. While he is a recruit, he wasn't charged with rape. I don't want recruits or their families looking at this board and reading bs threads. That guy's question could have gone in the previous thread about it. This thread I ra'd should have been posted on the rant.

I thought this would be a pertinent question for the recruiting board... Do to the fact that Worle helped recruit Copeland to LSU and now he is going to be battling him for the same spot...

I bought it up because we always talk about coaches and what they say to recruits to get them to come to their school... SO, I was wondering if he was mislead or not. Thus it being a recruiting topic... Just as much as Ware > Storm Johnson...

Someone in thread answered my question though about Worle being told he was gonna be a C. Scott type back, so I am good to geaux...

And I am an LSU alum and have been a fan longer than you my friend... Just a long time lurker who recently lost his J-O-B and decided to start posting on the board. I have been following recruiting since before there was an internet and you had to go and buy a Lindy's magazine to get all of your info...

Dude, by that logic we could have damn near every rant thread on the recruiting board because at some point they were all recruits. This has no reason to be here. It is a topic about current players and belong on the Rant.

They are on the team... there recruitment is over.

So, as an self professed LSU fan, you want to question our coaches integrity. You choose to do this on the recruiting board.. right before signing day. Please enlighten me on how you believe this may help our recruiting efforts?

I'm sorry you lost your job. I hope you're successful in finding another one. I welcome you to post.

If you are indeed a long time lurker, you know this thread was more suited to the rant. You should be aware of how crowded this board gets as signing day approaches. I just ask that you help keep the board uncluttered, so it's easier to read the latest, greatest recruiting news.

You are an arse. Maybe and old arse, but still an arse. He is right. Your post is more suited for the rant. Negativity is not welcome on the recruiting board. Besides, you don't know the truth of the situation to begin with.

Not really a good time to be posting this kind of thread. Recruits and their families come to this site.

If they base their decision on whether or not to come to LSU based on the rant, then I don't think they'll make it four years here... Obviously this sight hasn't really swayed anyone, otherwise our recruiting class would be in the shitter every year...

After how the fanbase treated and turned on Miles and the team this past season and the Media coverage that followed. I really do not seeing the rant doing much more. The kids are either going to come or not.

Yeah, he's too short to ever play DT at this level. He was shorter than Ridley in the huddle during the Cotton Bowl. Like some others have said, probably about 5'10". I love him at FB.

Yeah I really don't think getting him to 3 bills is even feasible with his height. If he was moved back to D it would have to be MLB.

I played fullback back in the days when being a fullback actually meant you carried the football.

These days, if I were playing fullback, and it got me to a college football team... I would be looking for any and every opportunity to leave that position and get on the field some other way. The majority of the formations don't even use fullbacks, and when you ARE in there, you're just lead blocking. Nothing else.

If I were Worle and I were approached about playing LB, I would see it as a VERY good thing.
