How so? Losing a meaningless game at the end of a meaningless season is nothing compared to the future of keeping Miles/Steel/BDP for another year to make us UT Austin 2.0.

I am willing the good of the program. YOu are wanting to win a meaningless game which is not for the good of the program.

Just my viewpoint...

If Les stays I will watch regardless, but after multiple declining seasons in the future, saying "told you so" over and over and over will feel hollow after enduring all the gut-wrenching and senseless losses. However, if I'm wrong, the slight embarrassment of eating crow will be vastly outweighed by the ecstasy of watching a dominant LSU. I just dont see the latter happening. Hope I'm wrong.

99% or more than the people who post here want nothing more than for LSU to win football games.

If Les is here next year, they'll be pulling for the Tigers.

We seem to be in the middle of a month long argument, but folks on both sides just want LSU to win, no matter who's the coach.

Win as in, win the ones we're supposed to win, and be competitive in all of them.

Les coaches last year and wins NC, moves to AD.

O becomes coach in waiting and he and Miles spend this off season bringing in the staff he wants to make the transition smoother for all involved.

This is the best for LSU, and is what should happen.

He's not a fan.
He trashes the baseball team too.

I REVERE Les Miles. Love that man.Respect that man.
I've been going to games religiously since Cholly Mac.
That's why it's painful to admit he can't get it done any more.
When you put FUTILITY on REPEAT season after season, people make other choices with their time.
People don't want to watch games for their mental health and sanity, not because they "hate" Les .

I agree with the first part but some here really hate the man.

It's not good for the guys playing for this program to lose to TAMU. Your idea is not in the best interest of the players that have to overcome this mentally. This team is already lacking confidence.

I will never "hope" another team beats LSU under any circumstance. There is enough there to warrant the discussion of a change without wishing more ill on the players and coaches.
