Realistically nothing will happen till at the earliest the middle of next season and it will most likely take a lot longer.
It sucks. I was really hoping he was going to turn things around but it’s pretty obvious he’s not cut out to be a head coach.

a few weeks ago, against the Raiders the Saints were up 27-16 with 5:36 left in the third quarter,
went on to giving up 19 unanswered points and turning the ball four times in the 4th quarter.
then totally make a joke of the 20-year Dome reopening on national TV.
and then today basically have one good drive all game. At least they scored a TD on it. If not for a fumble return for TD by Sanker today's ten-point loss is more like a 17-point loss.
it's like they lost whatever momentum they had in the Raider game and totally reeling.
By the way the Raiders have gone on to lose two in a row.
