quote:I know you meant Nuss. He’s in year 4 including year 3 of running the same system with BK. His dad is well regarded nfl qb coach, he’s not that athletic and you can’t make throws on the run. Nuss absolutely has to be good at reading defenses cause if not then what the hell does he do well? Burrow is much bigger, more athletic and can actually throw a deep ball. He had that coming out of high school. You can’t really teach how to throw well when you get some pressure. Sloan and Nuss are bottom 5 qb and coordinator pair in the sec
NURSE has a problem reading coverage

Daniel’s had a far better receiving corps than Nussmeier has. Daniel’s obviously extraordinary….
Whatever we are doing now and who we are doing it with. There is not much separation downfield.
We have no run game. Shows up in the red zone a lot.
Our opponents have figured out they can play two high safeties and man under. With no consequence in the running game
The stats are what they are.. we have no other answer.

This is a retarded comparison. JD started for three seasons prior to coming to LSU, Nuss is in his first.
In Daniels first 2 seasons as a starting QB at the College level he threw 3 total interceptions. But keep moving the goalpost to help yourself cope.

Big Facts.
Fans woulda have petitioned to pull Jayden’s scholarship had he played this bad.

And then threw 10 in his third, keep trying to cope.

There’s a reason JD started over Nuss

is Nuss hurt and we don’t know it? The amount of times he’s thrown a terrible pass into coverage or been intercepted when he could’ve scrambled for a few yards is ridiculous. Cost us in big moments of all 3 losses
Idk, he may have been told not to take chances with his feet because we have absolutely no one behind him.

It would be great if Nuss stopped throwing Int’s but we would still have a team that can’t run the ball and can’t play defense with any discipline. Nuss is a problem but he’s just one of many problems.
