Huh?

LSU fans as a whole unrealistically tilt the other way.

They always know what they don’t want . They think they know what they want until the coach they want losses a game lol

Fired Les for going 9-3 lol

I'm of the opinion that Les wasn't fired for his record.

He was fired because he refused to change and consistently rolled out the same shite offense with "his" guys because he was going to win "his" way.

Yo clown are you blind? NIL and Portal has changed everything. Maybe you missed it but everyone yes everyone except Texas in the SEC has 2 losses most have 3 or more. Maybe you missed that Jayden Daniels is not at LSU this year.

Go back to the circus where you belong.

So even though something positive finally happened after a miserable month fans should still be pissed and miserable?

You can be both

You are being bad fans
LSU fans have been fairweather with 100 excuses for 10+ years, it’s not new

There’s nothing we can do about it. Kelly isn’t getting fired. We can only hope for the best and look for bright spots.

Those of us who expect LSU to be a dominant football team are called "soft" and "bad fans" (and worse). This wasn't the case 10 years ago.

Yall terrorized this board for a decade and now you wanna be the victim. Soft.

but it isn’t. And never was really.

Nobody expects mediocrity, but if you think trashing a coach and the team (not saying you, but many here) will do any good whatsoever, you are wrong. Being critical is fine, but as usual the Rant tends to go completely irrational and unhinged when the team doesn't live up to expectations.

I am more of a realist. I know Kelly is here for the next 3-4 years MINIMUM, so we best make the most of it. Support the team, support the coaches, and HOPE we can turn this thing around next year. If we trash our own coaches and players, who would want to come play for LSU? I prefer the next 3-4 years to be competitive and not miserable. And yes, fans do impact the way recruits feel about a program.

look, i was a miles supporter until 1/9/12....i was never an O fan, even as a distant relative of his, but i give him all the credit in the world for 2019. but to say LSU was dominant under either of these 2 is a bit of stretch. in fact, Alabama, and Georgia recently, have been the only DOMINANT teams in recent cfb.

we have been up at the upper echelon for a while, in the conversation come November come most years, but never dominant over time, just a season or 2 or 3 here and there..........and now, no one is accepting mediocracy, most realist acknowledged replacing the Heisman qb, 2 1st round wr's, a new OC and an entire new defensive staff with limited elite talent, and even less depth, that this year was a complete rebuild, regardless of the hype of of this board any local loud mouths, and the always anti kelly crowd who only knows kelly said judge me on year 3. yes, would could and should be better, but cfb right now is wild as shite, and as bad we are due to depth and talent deficiencies, we're only 1 loss behind bama and ole miss and a&m, 2 of those 3 who are college football playoff shoe-ins at the beginning of the year, and now both are likely out. again, just wild.

i really think the underwood thing might be a blessing in disguise, IF BK goes all buck wild in the portal and spending, which i was against until this year. so now, pay to play is the way, hopefully he adapts.......but no one is accepting mediocracy.

enjoy the fricking win and GEAUX Tigers, lets beat OU in their 1st appearance in Death Valley.

I surprised by the fact that you do not see the parity of college football. Did you notice the sec teams who got beat last nite? It’s tough to go into a sec teams home stadium and win! Cuddos when a team does but there are a lot of sec schools in the same boat as LSU.
I am shamed of to idiots that scream fire Our coach! He needs a full 4 years to build his team.

To take it further the 3 titles as a whole have created expectations on the program that just have never existed. All 3 were great times and we all celebrated rightfully. But all but 2019, which in hindsight seems ordained, we're fringe at best. Still debated 03 title and the blind luck of 07. In between those, a few strong years from Miles to go with a consistent 9-3, 8-4 with a few stinkers mixed in. Far from a dominant program. People see potential and expect that potential to be realized in every single outcome. That never happens in any walk of life. The world in itself is chock full of unrealized potential.
Still doesn't mean we shouldn't be allowed to vent when we can clearly see warts on the current product. For 10 mil a year they stand out even more. We fired Les, our best coach ever, for a couple of seasons like Kelly's is having this year. For whatever reasons he was fired that fact doesn't change. It was the right move for sure. So is firing Brian Kelly. He ain't it and never has been.
