Petition the SEC offices to cancel their contract with CBS and get a better one with ABC. ABC does have the primetime games every week.

I will say this about the SEC and CBS. The SEC signed a huge contract with ESPN, which is a part of ABC/Disney. About that time, ABC started their weekly primetime games (before that they were like CBS with one or two a year).
I can't tell you what CBS has on Saturday nights but I know that ABC has top college football games.

It's really an honor. Anything is better than movies being pre-game and at halftime. That really takes you out of rhythm. Everybody's all american lost us a game.

CBS has better ratings for the afternoon football telecast than ABC and ESPN do for their night telecasts.
Further, CBS does well with reruns and movies at night over the primetime football telecasts. Not every person on earth watches football all day Sat-Sun, so CBS gets the best of both worlds. Sounds pretty smart, IMO.

Go to youtube and watch videos of how CBS hates *insert SEC school here*. The TV guys don't care one way or the other, they just call the games like they see them.
