I was impressed with their team last year. Well coached, professional, gritty baseball team. I hope they make it far!

Since there’s no Louisiana teams to root for except lil ULL with no shot in hell I’ll be rooting for USM down the street to win it all.

I liked that Jackson Wells kid who threw 160+ pitches in 2 games against us last year, but he graduated.
Angel Cano, the first baseman, is still on the team though. He gave us fits on those Sunday and Monday games, currently batting 0.300 this year with 12 HRs.
