I have gotten to know Mike during my time in Oxford. I have taught two of kids in the Oxford SD and they are a great family. But, frick Ole Miss. I will never cheer for them. Him winning it would be solace - and much less disheartening than if Lane Kiffin was to win one while he is here.

I agree. I’m rooting for Bianco and Old Myth.

Ole Miss will find a way to frick this up and everyone knows it. No championships in anything since like the Korean War?

And give him a 22 year contract. Apparently that’s how long it takes him to do damage in Omaha.

I wish OM would have listened to their fanbase, and fired him two years ago like they wanted.

I too am happy for him.
What people easily forget is that Ole Miss baseball was nothing before he got there. I heard an interview with him earlier this year, when they were really down, where he commented on how everyone seems to have forgotten that he built the program there.
I’d love to see him win a natty there then tell them to pound sand

That seems to be more of an Arkansas trait. I was pretty surprised to see Arky "lay down" when the Rebs poured it on.
