I'm considering not watching the game.

I know that is weak, but I don't know that I can handle the stress. There's not enough beer in the world.
I'm thinking of TEVOing the game and watching it (or not) after I see the final score. If we lose I trash it, if we win, I watch it.
I'm a middle aged man...I only have so many years left to live, and if this game lives up to its billing, I'll likely lose 10 years off my life.

It would be much more stressfull to know that the games is going on and not know what is happening, IMO.

Man, the tigers are having a HELL of a season....just enjoy it!
Win or lose, I wouldn't miss this for the world.

It's just football.
Unless you have money riding on it.

For real though. That's dumb. People bring stress upon themselves. Just suck it up and watch the game.
Like another poster said, you'd probably endure more stress not watching the game and knowing that it was going on.
What would you do while it was on? Make sandwiches or something?

Interesting idea, but I could probably never go through with it. But I'm with ya... my nerves get really bad for a game like this.
Compromise....Watch the ESPN gamecast... it takes away some of the nerves...If something good happens, turn on the TV and watch...If something bad happens, you really don't have to feel the anxiety as much

This. I tried not watching once and it lasted about 2 minutes.

I think the cat is rather fitting seeing how you're both pussies.

I was hoping to have my manly testosterone insulted by insults and peer pressure which would pressure me into not being such a pussy.
