Dude of LSU...After 86 post you feel you have the right to type that crap about other opinions on here. They are opinions, everyone has one. So while you may not agree with them, its gives you no right after 86 post to post the garbage that putting on here. While we did not play a perfect game last night..not even close..this game could be a learning experience for us. The first game against Miss st in 07 was not a great game for us, but we won and went in the next week and destroyed V.Tech. Lets see what happens next week and see if our play gets better. Until then..please keep opinions what they are...opinions. Do not take them personally. 86 post does not give you that right to take them anyway else newbie.

If you are ashamed to be an LSU fan then you are the one that needs to find another team to root for. Either that or move somewhere far away from other LSU fans and get off of LSU fan message boards.

I am often ashamed. The worst for me are the idiots who wear LSU gear and go out of state and claim to be tiger fans but they are the biggest idiots ever and THAT is what people outside of LA sees and something about this just gets to me..

The fact is LSU has a better team this year than any team prior to the 03 championship season.
With 2 national championships comes higher expectations. Back in the day a win against Bama and ole miss in the same season was great and a win in the peach bowl was awesome. Winning changes a program and the fans. Anything less than a dominate victory every week and a national title is a disappointment especially with all this talent.

I'm fricking proud of our team regardless. A win is a win. It was first game of season. We go over mistakes in film review. We get better from it. People who bitch and moan are on the band-wagon.
And IMHO, I think UW wanted it more than we did; as we thought we were just going to breeze over them. shite, I thought we did. Variables are subject to change.

WTF? You make it sound like we scratched and clawed out a win and then hit our stride the next week? We beat Miss State 45-0 in 07!
And to the other guy who tried to make a point by mentioning that we played poorly against ULM the first week in 03...we beat them 50-7!

What I "get" and it appears you don't, is that LSU won the game. When all is said and done, is there anything that really matters more than that?
I don't know what we will look like next week, I don't know what Vandy will look like next week, I don't know what Washington will look like next week and neither do you or anyone else. How bout we all enjoy this win and see what happens next week and the week after and the week after that cause truth be known none of us can change what will happen no matter how we feel right now. So, why not enjoy the now............it was a win!
