Donovan was a better coach than Wade. Players stayed around longer.

If you are 90 when LSU wins the Final 4 you probably won't know it.

I think so because you don’t have to have high recruiting classes to win in basketball. It just takes the right mixture of players and it can just happen.I mean we have had 3 of the greatest college basketball players to ever live before so no reason we can’t get another Chris Jackson or Shaq one day soon.

Wade has won a lot more games and had more NCAA appearances than Donovan did his first four years at Florida. Donavan was 5 games under .500 his first 2 seasons at Florida and failed to reach 15 wins in either season.

Maybe, possibly, close......who knows. Super hard to win the Natty in BB, gotta win 5 in a row against the best.

“Outside of football I'd be almost as happy with a top overall seed as I would winning a tournament,“

WTF??????? What kinda half a fig are you baw? YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME!!!!!
Unless you win the very last game played of the season, there’s still work to do

Will LSU win a NC in the next 35 years? Sure I’d take that bet.

Hey fuzzy math dude, you need to carry the 1 when adding baw. It’s 6 games needed (7 if you’re in the play in like VCU was that year) to win it all. Retire the abacus and buy a calculator ole baw!

It's possible - tough because we have a new team each year and it will take all the right elements. There's a bit of magic to that...

Next year's team could be really good honestly. You probably have Gaines, Murray, Adam Miller, Mwani Wilkinson, Efton Reid, Alex Fudge, and Justice Williams all coming back. It's possible that Eason stays for one more year, but doubtful. If he does stay though the team could be crazy good. Then you have to look at the two athletes that Wade is bringing in to add to that group. Julian Phillips is a 5 star PF ranked as the #14 prospect in the country, and Devin Ree, is a 4 star SF and ranked #84 in the country. If they continue playing top level defense, Murray gets a little better at creating off the dribble while taking more shots, Adam Miller adds another outside shooting threat, and both Fudge and Reid get stronger near the rim, next year could be a really good year.

We keep Eason another year I see it happening next season with Miller in and a season under the belt for our very talented freshmen. Could be this year but that’ll involve one of those magical Cinderella stories. We are closer than we think.

We need a new arena to help M and W programs draw top talent. Then both will be dominant programs and deliver multiple titles.

It is basketball. With enough (and it would be a lot) money aimed at the officials, the Centenary could be the national championship winner. Always remember, basketball is about the officials, nothing else.
