Any law prohibiting the ability to carry a firearm any way you like should be unconstitutional. The 2nd amendment allows you the right to bear arms. Any state prohibiting it is in violation of the US constitution.

The constitution should be the only thing necessary to be able to carry a firearm whichever way you want to.
