how do manager NOT to just walk sway?? Starter, bench guy, ride the pine every game guy.... just how do you not just leave your jersey on the coaches desk and leave.

Because you're getting a scholarship and, if you leave, your next move will be to a school that's not in a power conference.
The guys on this team are either former mid-major players or they're power conference transfers whose previous teams felt comfortable with them leaving (Fountain and Miller, to name a couple). Or they're freshmen.

First of all, learn how to structure a sentence. Second of all, these guys aren't heatless quitters like you clearly would be. Sickening. Maybe that's what you did when you daddy forced you to play at the YMCA when you were 10.

Bruh half our team is a mid major. For anyone wondering what happens if you put a Butler or one or the Cinderella’s in march in a real conference this is what would happen. He went 11-1 against similar talent in OOC play. 1-12 against the big boys
