So not liking the touchdown celebration means I don't "have his back"?
That's kind of a weird way of looking at it...
No, it means something else. Does that really register as an important matter in your life? The kid was having fun playing a freeking game. Get over it. The fact that fans place a game on such a high level in their lives does not change the fact it is still a game. And players who cannot have fun playing it should stop playing it. He did not do that pose to humiliate an opposing player. It probably was a tribute to PP and HB. Sort of "And the tradition continues".
All of you complainers would be on the floor in the fetal position with tears running down you faces and your thumbs in your mouths had LF chosen Alabama over LSU. He literally saved our recruiting class and standing in the recruiting world. Cut the kid some slack. And get a life.

Any reason to denigrate an LSU player, or the program, is good enough for the talking heads.
While I am not an "ESPN hates us" fan, I do see a lot of the blowhards expending energy explaining why LSU can't, and won't, followed by why lesser programs can, and will.
LF will be fine. When he gets the ball in the open field the talk will change to "Did you see what that freshman just did?"
I want to see Landon Collins between LF and the goal line. At full, violent speed.

I am the most anti taunting type you have ever met. I have ZERO problem with what he did as far as it being wrong. There is only one reason his actions could be considered wrong and that is because of the distraction it might cause when espn etc talk about it as being wrong.
When a team scores guess what? They are suppose to be freaking happy! Celebration is NOT taunting. Celebration is what you are SUPPOSE to do!

I liked the pose! He did it well and he seems to have his head on straight. Kudos!

I wonder if Kenny Hilliard and Terrence Magee thought it was as cool as the kids in this thread seem to think it was.

I'm sure they understand he's a kid with a lot of hype around him, and scoring that TD was opening the valve and relieving a ton of pressure. Les got in his face about it. Nothing more needs to be done.

Hope the young man has learned a valuable lesson, humbles himself once again and has a tremendous year.
