Just wondering who you guys would pick, beyond just recruiting, who do you think brings a bigger impact?

Raymond brings in the elite DB’s we’ve had.

He did recruit elite DBs , but can't coach up the 3 and 4 stars.

I think Frank is a great short term hire to counter Raymond's departure and help transition the program to the new staff. Raymond will win some battles, though, and will chip away in the long term if the new staff doesn't show results pretty quickly.

beyond recruiting? Corey.

But Franks recruiting > Corey's recruiting + development

I have to think Deronte had a lot to do with this year's secondary development. It's been years since we've seen guys takes stride like that.

I hate to see Raymond go but development has been an issue. A guy like Cam Lewis didn't develop until Daronte came along then BAM. Sure, we've got some absolute studs in, but they haven't really gotten better.
