IDK. I can name 3-4 coaches right off the back that I would prefer over miles not counting the obvious one up I-59.

what you'd prefer must be filtered by chances of landing them. Odds are that LSU would end up with a Tuberville-type coach if they dumped Miles this year

you are probably right b/c the dirty arse Louisiana politics have found its way back into the atheltic department building on north stadium. I have never been for firing Les this year. Joe needs to basically order Les to clean house on the offensive side of the ball. If he is too stubborn like Dinardo, he will eventually be fired.

Miles has been carried by Chavis for years now.

Can u can Krag's ? He's got a debilitating disease. Breaking in new QB with a banged up O line. Lets give him at least 5 more seasons.

I have no problem with the results. But you have to admit that seeing the same pathetic offense year after year with no adjustments (and NEVER any in-game adjustments) can be frustrating.

Sure, but chances are the "replacement's" record wont be as good. Miles' record would be so hard for anyone to duplicate

Quit with this shite already. The product on offense which is supposed to be Miles side of the ball is fricked up. We has fans have the right to call his fricking arse out for it. I don't give a shite what he did last year or the year before. I care about this year beating fricking aTm, so we don't return to the fricking 90s. What is so hard for the sunshine pumpers to understand about it.

We threw the ball in the middle of the field on the 2nd play of the game for a 1st down. We also threw it there other times that were dropped. At other times we appeared to be trying to throw to the middle but UF got in and caused a hurry or sacked Mett.
Rewatch the game...don't let any anti Miles tendencies interfere and you might come away with a different opinion of why the offense didn't move the ball.

Nah, pump that sunshine...reality is for losers.
exactly....shame on us for actually looking at performance.......
funny thing is all the people who just throw out Miles' record are too damn ignorant to go back and watch the games and if we had gotten better coaching performance at times his record would be even better than it is now by at least 6 more wins and possibly another NC.
But naw, we cannot judge based on performance since he has so many wins. he is beyond criticism. no way he can improve. right?

yes the few seam routes were nice...but where were the crosses? corners? sluggos? hitches? drags? deep posts? you think we threw enough go's?
we mainly run comebacks and slants and Defenses are ready for it most times.
It is pretty hard to execute a crappy gameplan and scheme.

You mentioned in another thread that you know me. I have absolutely zero idea about who you are?

You are a person who will always be complaining about one thing or another.
Go find another team to expose your misery to. LSU doesn't need you or want you.
did you go to LSU?

While I am very pleased with Miles record I am not pleased with the offensive woes that we have shown this season. I don't think anyone could say they are pleased with the offense thus far, including Miles himself.
I remember a couple of years ago some guys were clamoring for Pelini or Fisher as replacements who could do better than Miles. Wonder where those guys are now. Anyone who thinks you can easily replace Miles with just anybody and get better results is living with Alice in Wonderland.

When they zoom to Miles on the sidelines it looks like he's in wonderland.
