I love WW as our HC and would reinstate him in a minute if I had any power.
But, I have been an LSU MBB fan since my days as a student in the 1960s-1970s. I will continue to be that, it's part of who I am.

It’s most likely that WW will never step close to a D1 job again.

I fear Wade may have run a train on us. I'd be surprised if Smart is the only player involved. Hope I'm wrong. Wade will never coach at LSU again.

How anyone can support this trash administration shows me everything I need to know about that person.
If this was isolated and if we were under investigation, I get it. We aren't, there is no proof of a damn thing changing hands and yet we have proof other stats have been talked about on tap and texts with dollar payments and both the media and those schools are hush.
We clamor to a hit job. It is deplorable.

If Will Wade is fired I am done with CBB. Ive followed CBB as far back as I can remember. The NCAA tournament has always been one of my favorite sporting events every year.
But this situation is a bunch of bull shite. Everyone knows what goes on. Look at when Calipari was at UMASS. They found that Marcus Camby was paid, he leaves before anything came down on him, went coach in the NBA.. And sanctions were put on UMASS.
All the shite Rick Pitino got away with.. A madam testified that she was paid thousands of dollars by Louisville to provide girls to potential recruits.. And that wasn't enough to cost him his job. And the only reason he finally got fired was because when he was caught paying players, they had no choice because of all the other shite he was involved in.
I think it is funny when everything went down with Lester Earl. Him saying he was paid to go to LSU.. He then transfers to Kansas, coached by Roy Williams at the time. Then this time, it involves a player who was between LSU & Roy Williams' UNC. That player picks LSU. Instead of waiting until after the season, yahoo drops the story the day after our last road game of the year, which we won and went undefeated on the road in conference play.
Then there is a USAtoday article about how LSU needs to fire Will Wade. Dick Vatile makes his comments as if what Will Wade did was horrible. Then during the Auburn-Tenn game said that everything about Rick Pitino were rumors.
I've never hear Vatile address a similar situation like that. When he addresses something that has happened in CBB, he will give a quick opinion then move on. IDK, I am not some crazy conspiracy theorist, but this situation just seems different.
But if Will Wade is not our coach anymore, I am seriously done with CBB.

This has been said since Charlie McClendon days... Curley... Dinardo... Les Miles every other week for 10 years... Smokey Laval... And now Wade.. You won't... guaranteed.

Are you fricking kidding me!? Wade will be in the final 4 at another program in less than 5 years. Probably an SEC program.
