If we can just get to football, the next 8 months should be outstanding.

I don't know if I've ever been this excited about LSU athletics. I have an optimism about every sport.
Football: Maybe we finally have a coach that can take advantage of the talent pool in Louisiana. I know, I know "But Les Miles and Coach O won a Natty here". Maybe we can become a Natty contender every year.
MBB: Matt McMahon has exceeded my expectations. I honestly liked The General. We'll see, but I can't wait to see what the team looks like.
WBB: Kim Mulkey. What a difference in this basketball team last year. How she didn't win Coach of the Year is beyond me.
Baseball: I was disappointed in the season LSU baseball had last year, but with the recruiting class and the transfers, next year should be the polar opposite of last year.
I know I should prolly temper my expectations, but I don't wanna.

I just want to get to a day when the low temperature is in the low 60s.
That won’t be until October.

FSU will be fun.
Our fans actually stay all 4 quarters in neutral site games.

Take a cheap flight to Denver and drive into the mountains for a few days. It will reset your heat tolerance to June 1st level.

I’m having a hard time imagining a world in which our baseball team isn’t the best we’ve had since2009

In about a month I'll be on a 2 week long west coast road trip and get home that Saturday, then that Sunday is my birthday and I got tickets so me and the wife will be headed to NOLA to see the season opener and BK's debut in person. Just gotta put up with work 1 more month and I'll be free
