If this team averages over 30pts per SEC game we win out.

No one is going to score over 25 pts on LSU this year.
Edit: All LSU needs to do is score more than 25pts per game and we will run the table.

You realize it's possible to average 30 ppg the rest of the way, never give up more than 25 points in a single game, and still lose a game or 3, right?

After the Miami game I set the bar at 21 points. LSU's defense is good enough that teams are going to have a hell of a time scoring more than 21 points. If the offense can put up 3 TDs they might win every game.

Averages aren't automatically put on the scoreboard..

I'm well aware how a averages work, doesn't change the fact that its true.

A better way to put this:
If this team scores more than 24 points each remaining game with an average of over 30, we win out.
