To be fair.. chanting 20 times in a 3 hour period is much less abrasive than making that noise for 90 minutes during a 3 hour period.

Chanting is normal crowd noise in any sport.
It is not an extremely loud piercing sound that you can ignore. And the fact is that he whistles 15 times between each pitch
You grow a pair and realize his shite is not normal and should not be accepted as normal. It's just a damn nuisance.
