if saban doesn't go to Miami, he would have been our version of the "bear" and would have retired as a legend. unfortunately for him, he will not be able to surpass bear's legacy at bama.

Without question. Bama has been our sole nemeses and people still pull for them for the sake of the SEC. Baffling.

I don't get it either. I'd rather the SEC be left out of the playoff than Bama get in. Their success is detrimental to us.

would Miles be more appreciated by our fan base? Seems like the only reason Miles isn't liked around here is because of his connection to Saban and all of his success at a major rival.

is this what you pumpers have left?

arguing alternate timeline realities to defend less and cam? wow.

He isn't liked because he continues to field terrible offenses and lose games in terrible fashion. He just got beat 17-0 by fricking Arkansas....That's awful.

Obviously...for two reasons.

First, Saban has been better than anyone in the country, and honestly, better than any college coach that I can even think of, during this run at BAMA. It doesn't matter how good our run has been, and it's been the best run in our program's history, it still pales in comparison to what BAMA has done. So...that sucks. some can;t get past this and appreciate what we have. Greener grass and what not...

Second...and this is the one that REALLY stings, is that the guy who has orchestrated the run of a lifetime at BAMA was our guy! No...he wasn;t this good while he was here, and MAYBE if he had stayed he would have been...but to see our former guy at a hated rival doing the unprecedented is really hard to take for many. It's like having been married to a VERY beautiful woman only to have her leave you amicably, then show up 2 years later down the street married to the frick nut you hate...but this time she's a fricking supermodel who's goal in life is to make your life worse. It's suicide inducing for many of our fans. And even though our new wife is beautiful and has been great to us, many treat her like shite because they're still sporting the hard-on for the count down the street.

Nothing about Saban at BAMA was ever going to be good for us...which is why I hated the little fricker from the minute he took the god damn job.

Without question. LSU would win it in 2011 and had a great chance at playing for it all in 2012.

They got their arse handed to them in 2011 by a more prepared team. So, who cares if Saban is there or not? There was no game plan at all going into that game, even with knowing that Bama was not going to allow us to run the ball. They got exactly what they wanted because Miles is a stubborn coach who won't change his style of play. Oklahoma State would most likely have been more prepared to play than LSU that night. If LSU played the same game against Oklahoma state that did against Bama they still would have lost.

I say no. I'm not obsessed by Saban like others. And I still loathe Miles for the ignorant things he has done here.
