or if the only loss for either Ohio State/Mich is to the loser of that game, then they will get in before us too.

I doubt that happens especially if Louisville runs the table. Would the playoffs really be ACC v Big 10? I just don't see it happening. What worries me about the Big 10 is Wisconsin since they did beat us. I just think it would behoove us if they lost again. Hopefully that happens against Ohio State this weekend.

The way the Pac 12 is looking, there may be a 2-loss Pac 12 Champ

We would need a 2 loss PAC 12 and Big 12 champ

I think we would go. I dont think we will to. I kinda want Wisc again in a bowl and dominate them.

If LSU runs the table the worst that could happen is a tie with Auburn for the SEC West. If that happened Auburn would win the tie breaker and represent West in the SECCG. If that happens, then there is zero chance of making the College Football Playoffs.

If LSU wins the SEC West, and the SECCG, it is very likely that they will make the CFP as the SEC champion. Right now the ACC and B1G leaders appear to be shoe-ins for playoff spots. The PAC12 and Big XII leaders look to be on the bubble at best, and Houston needs to run the table to have a shot. The question becomes would a 2 loss SEC champion be more deserving than the champion of the PAC12 or Big XII. My guess is yes given LSU's circumstances and turnabout.

ETA: I forgot about Washington. If they win the PAC12 with one loss then LSU will not make the playoffs.

If we are playing like the best team in the country at the end of the year and have beaten alabama and won the SEC we are in the playoff. not a doubt in my mind the SEC champ will be in.
