He can't play outside on grass.

College football leaders actually allow defense to be played. He is basically throwing against air the NFL and knows he can't be touched without a penalty.

Our own OL would've killed Brees' career.

Brees would look at Ensminger and be like "what in the actual frick are these plays?"

Didn't Burrow actually do this?

Saints O-Line > LSU O-Line

Drew needs time in the pocket. This is not something LSU's O-Line excelled at this year!

No. Brees would have gotten fricked up. Our line couldn't block and reciEvers couldn't get separation quick enough. Our line got whipped that bad. Brees would have gotten beaten up too behind that line
brees gets the ball out of his hands faster than any quarterback in the NFL, you have no clue

Seriously. What if LSU had Bo Jackson or Jerry Rice or Deion Sanders, or Joe Montana or was coaches by Vince Lombardi

But somehow a better QB would've won LSU a natty 1-9-12.
Legit goalpost move

Brees if allowed to call the plays and time to prep would score a TD on nearly every drive so long as receivers catch the ball. Pretty much any starting NFL qb would shred the best Alabama defense. One of the top 3 of all time QBs would make it ugly fast.

Questions like this are stupid

If LSU had had Drew Brees under center...

He’d be the oldest college quarterback ever!

If Drew Brees was under center this year for LSU then they would have beaten Bama. Unfortunately, LSU would have to forfeit the game for playing an ineligible player.

This is so stupid , you people have way to much time on your hands . Considering the Bama d line had their way with our o line like it was invisible, no brees would not have done shite .

A legit qb probably would have won the NC game as we were largely toe to toe w bama at that point except JJ at qb, certainly Brees would have, hell the opening play would have been a long pass play prob a td with a competent qb (iirc)
