If Joe Brady is successful will he get promoted before another school hires him?

So I was thinking about this whole Joe Brady thing. I’m hoping he’s the offensive coordinator in waiting if he’s as good as all the hype behind him is. That being said how do you guys think orgeron will handle this situation. If the offense is rolling we all know it won’t be because of ensminger. But do you feel orgeron will be willing to promote Brady (if successful) even without ensminger failing.

Because coaches around the league will notice if LSU’s offense is rolling and somebody will hire him in a heartbeat if he is successful.

The guy has not had one play as a college football coach and you are freaking out about him leaving already?

It’s a catastrophe mentality that leads to never being happy. Many of the rantards have this down to a T

Are you illiterate? Everything I put in this post says IF successful. I see why people think you are such a moron.

Literally every sentence says if.

He will be the OC next year unless Ree convinces O to get another Ensminger

You are working yourself up to be miserable over a hypothetical that is based on another hypothetical (IF) happening and think I am a moron?

Ree clearly is offended by the thought of ensminger not being a top offensive coordinator. I find it hilarious how offended this idiot gets of anything that possibly could cast a shadow of doubt on any situation that could arise with orgeron.

He has never been a coordinator before. Let it play out. If he's good enough, LSU will find a way to keep him. Ensminger can be moved to an off field role at his age if he's ready to move on from day to day coaching.

Similar to Aranda, if another school comes calling they can match a coordinator salary for sure.

If Aranda gets any head coaching opportunities I would love for Busch to be elevated to replace Aranda down the line.

Ummm this is an LSU sports board. You know this is what happens on these things. We talk about hypotheticals in the offseason of football.

Yeah I was wondering if they would be willing to move ensminger aside for Brady if all this was successful. I know reportedly him and orgeron are fairly good friends so I know that can be a tough choice to make.

Just for the record, there are 6 sentences. Only 2 of the 6 use the word if, but I get your drift. Don't be so sensitive to Ree. Most of us knows he has issues.

Offended? Because I am not a miserable idiot who makes shite up to cry about?

Laughing at you for your unnecessary crying and misery is far from being offended. Rantards are entertainment for me and don't strike emotional chords in my life.

So you make stupid shite up and then find it hilarious because you think I am offended over your stupid made-up shite? Are you on drugs?

You have much more to worry about than other teams.

If Brady indeed does walk on water, change water to wine, heal the sick and raise the deal like some posters claim, he will be promoted by a higher authority.

Jesus dude you are melting down over a hypothetical. I didn’t realize crying was asking a question. But I’m guessing by your response you think that regardless of what happens we should ride with ensminger.

What about his post says "miserable" to you? It's just a silly offseason hypothetical. Calm down, dude

If LSU’s offense explodes we will probably have to promote him or lose him.

We have optiknsnof promoting him to CO-OC while we ride out E’s contract.

If he isn’t our OC in 2 years I would be Concerned

LSU is a premier college brand... why does everyone think as soon as a coach comes here he’ll be picked away by someone else?

To be honest, I think for all intents and purposes, he is the OC now. Ensminger didn't exactly want the job, but only a moron would turn down that kind of money. He's getting ready to retire, has one year left on his deal, and I doubt will be coming back regardless of how this season goes.

This was a chance to slide a lot of the duties of the OC to Brady without the pressures of being an OC. I want other programs knocking on our door about Brady... that means he had a great year. But I think if all goes well, he'll be the OC the season following next.
