Next OC after SE's contract runs out. IMO

Brady will take over for Ensminger when Brady's ready - IF he's successful.
Ensminger doesn't really want to be a long-term OC. Don't get me wrong, I love Ensminger as much today as I did when he threw that TD against USC in 79. It's just that he's not in it for himself, he's in it for LSU - and I trust his judgment to do what's best for the team. He always has.

A year or 2 at Co-OC would work with a substantial pay increase and a clear contractual path to sole OC.
Ryan Day was Co-OC at Ohio State for 2 years ('17 & '18). Didn't hurt his career any.

DUMB PREDICTION: He may be named OC before the season even starts.
>> We know that CSE never wanted the job.
>> And Brady is supposed to be a VERY fast learner.
If CSE is impressed enough by his abilities, he might just go to CEO and say, “he’s ready right now. I wanna retire”.
I don’t really expect that to happen . . .
. . . but after the last month, nothing would surprise me anymore.

I don't know that there are any more former Les Miles offensive coaches for Orgeron to promote. He's pretty much out of options at this point so he's going to have to go with Brady.

The guy has not had one play as a college football coach and you are freaking out about him leaving already?
He ran greater than 50% of the first good looking offense under O during spring game. Question is legit.
