If it was Woody who fired Les as AD, do you think Ed would've been named head coach?

I often wonder if Woodward would've done the same thing in if he were Alleva's position? I'd like to think Scotty wouldn't have made the easy hire like Alleva did.

Perhaps not, but Woody likely would have hired a championship level coach who could not only win a title but maintain the high standards of the program.
We may not have the greatest team ever but we would have better set up to win multiple titles.
That said, knowing what we know, I wouldn’t trade the 2019 team for anything

maybe we have multiple SEC titles, multiple playoff appearances, and at least oe natty (maybe even 2), while also being front runners for playoffs again this year.
so maybe none of those were the greatest ever like '19 was, but we wouldn't already be begging for a new coach either.

O's complete incompetence is showing, I think that's why a lot of fans are wondering just how much he had to do with getting guys like Burrow and Brady here, if he had anything to do with it at all.
