Still...simple battery. Something not adding up. Did cops down grade the charges to help out? I mean... Cheap shot... Unconscious....off the team.... None of that really jives with simple battery and $500 bond.

Words from a cop who saw video who happens to be my dad.... Some guy was walking away and Jeremy walks behind/side of him and hits him in face. Jeremy's friend hits the guy from other side and knocks him down and I am not sure if he said knocked guy out or not. They kind of slapped hands congratulating each other basically. I'm not going into details about the cops initial reactions an what went down from last night until this morning and I don't know about the bond situation. I am just relaying information from people who actually saw the video. Believe what you want.

Ok well a slap/punch is a lot different than beating a guy until he was unconscious which is what someone else stated. One punch is more aligned with simple battery and $500 bond.

I will support whatever decision the coaching staff makes regarding his punishment, no matter how severe. LSU has had way too many such incidents like this in recent years. Time to end this crap.
