Would that make it easier for LSU to get into the playoffs if they happened to lose to them in the SEC Championship?
They certainty wouldn’t take a two loss Georgia over LSU, even with a head to head victory.

Yes. This very reason is why I was (seemingly) the only person on this board rooting for Georgia to lose to Auburn last week.

There seem to be a lot of people who either don’t think we’ll win the SEC Championship or want us to throw the SEC Championship. I don’t get it.

I’m just not convinced that the playoff committee wants 2 SEC teams in the playoffs and simply want the easiest path for LSU to make it.

People who want us to throw it believe that LSU and Georgia would make the playoffs if Georgia beat us, and that would leave Alabama out.

Explain how LSU loses to UGA. How would that happen? As ever since UGA lost to a piss poor South Carolina team at home, the most points UGA has scored in a game is 27 points. As their offense is just as pathetic as it was at LSU when Les Miles was still the head coach.

Moreover, LSU held Auburn to significantly fewer yards than UGA's overrated defense held Auburn.

Your entire scenario is retarded. Put down the crack pipe and stop boring everyone to death with your nonsense.

Us throwing a game isn’t the topic of my OP

If your premise is that it’s out of the realm of possibility for LSU to lose to Georgia, in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Georgia, you are the one on crack.

If you don't think it's conceivably possible to lose to Georgia, I don't know what to tell you. We are better but they are good enough to get hot for a night and beat us. This isn't Vandy or Arkansas.

I’m with ya, and I also buy flood insurance even tho I don’t have to. I live south of I-10, so I recognize that there’s a possibility that I could flood. Highly unlikely, but I’m knocking on wood and buying flood insurance. Same scenario here.

I hope UGA plays dead this weekend. It will only set Aggie up for a bigger disappointment against us. They’ll be sooo confident lol

If we win the next two but we lose to UGA we would still have the best loss of one loss teams and an impressive resume of wins. No way we still aren’t in.

And it should never be on any real Tiger fan, or any college football fan’s radar screen. Ever. Even entertaining the idea smells of corruption.

That’s if you plan to lose vs Geo. If you think we beat Geo, an Auburn win last week opened the door to Bama getting in...things have clearly changed with Tua since then

This. They don't want 2 SEC teams unless they absolutely have to. Especially with Clemson getting in too. I think they'd rather have some different regions involved, like Oregon or Oklahoma. LSU needs to take care of business.

As long as we win against Arky and aTm, we are still in if we lose to UGA in the SEC championship game. The committee basically said that last night.

agree, I wanted Auburn to beat Georgia, people dont get it.. this week I want TAMU to be Geogia, I want the same card as you... Georgia has two losses, it locks us in even if we were to lose the SEC title game... not saying we will lose, but shite does happen, hell the team would prob play more loose and play even better for that game knowing they will get in..

I think the TAMU Georgia Game will be alot closer than people think...
