he gets super promoted on all the broadcasts by all the espn guys. he's talented, and deserves a look, and espn wants the SEC to win that trophy and there is no one else in our league to compete for it. the SEC has the big contract and they want the NC and the heisman to stay in the SEC.

During the Game Day broadcast they listed the Heisman odds and I don’t remember even seeing Daniel’s listed.

But something Desmond Howard said stood out. I’m paraphrasing….”It’s not about the numbers, it’s about who you do it against on the big stage.

Penix will win it. Daniels should be in New York with that performance last night though

I just watched ESPN pimp Nix, Penix, and Harrison before Daniels.

Penix is putting up similar numbers on a better team. He will win it barring anything unforeseen . JD will have to have insanely better stats than everyone else to win it with several losses. If he has a similar game or 2 to last night that might happen. I hope he at least gets invited to NY.

We need to leave in JD the whole game next week so he can throw for 600 yards and 10 TDs against Georgia state.

Like UF used to do with Tebow

Brock Huard during whatever game he was calling didn’t have JD in his top 3. This J.J. McCarthy Heisman hype is out of control.

During halftime of the USC-Oregon game, they were hyping JD. They brought up record, and one of them said, “isn’t it supposed to be most outstanding player in college football, which Daniels unquestionably has been”. They all had a moment like, “oh yeah, that is what the award is supposed to be”.

Jayden Daniels has been clearly the best player in college football, and Marvin Harrison Jr. has been the second best.

JD has 500 more yards, 8 more td’s, 3 fewer int’s, better completion percentage, way better rating. They aren’t really close.

What are you talking about?! McCarthy was GREAT today. Not many QBs this day and age can go 7/8 for 60 yards and 0 TDs. If that isn’t a Heisman performance, I don’t know what is

And McCarthy's numbers are nowhere close to JD5. How much has the sign stealing helped McCarthy with getting into the right plays against the defense? The problem is the Heisman is about popularity. JD would have added to his numbers if Turner wouldn't have illegally knocked him out the game. I hope JD comes out on fire vs A&M and we destroy them. JD can make one last statement.

Michigan ran the ball 32 times in a row. That's crazy.
