The honeymoon starts with a NC and ends the day after.

frick no.
We’ve got one of the best coaches in the country, win or lose this game….A game in which we’re the underdog btw.
It’s Unfortunate that many of our fans don’t realize that BK is a Top 5-10 coach in the modern game. Actually most of the in-the-know people know, regardless of what the average Joe fan thinks.
Will he win a title here? ?? who knows

All that said, yeah…. I really want to win this one, as we all do.

Keep them under 30 and I like us at home. They get 30+ it’s gonna depend on our O keeping up. Either way Tiger Stadium gonna be fun (and lit) Saturday night. Enjoy the scene and atmosphere, as I definitely will. This weekend is what it’s all about if you’re a CFB and LSU/SEC fan.
Drown out the negativity… they’re the minority. And they don’t realize how dumb and toxic and unenjoyable to others they are. They missin out on the fun of the ride to the top… which not surprisingly will have lots of speed bumps along the way. Football is fun and full of twists and turns and unexpected play and results, sometimes good and sometimes bad.
LSU-Ole Miss… turnovers, big plays, and 3rd downs will determine the outcome. No different than most big games.

And he appears again!
What college-football-illiterate partisan comments you going to make tonight “SportsGuy”?
Y’all feeling good in Tuscaloosa this week?

No, it’s how they’re officially recorded. Not everyone is so childish that they dismiss facts because they don’t like them. The logic you’re using is so dumb it’s comical. In your mind losing to ranked teams is better than beating them since beating those teams drops their ranking and losing to them elevates them. It’s the inverse of logic actually which is why nobody records ranked games that way.

Insane take.

No
if he keeps this recruiting class together, they have studs on the way.

So losing to ranked teams is better than beating them…. You’re a moron with a losers mentality.

So, if injury riddled LSU loses a game against a higher ranked SEC opponent, that’s it for the coach?

Not a melt here but being an underdog to ole miss at home is pretty crazy in itself. At the end of the day ole miss is a middle of the road program.

The Second Honeymoon was over after WE lost to a totally mediocre USC West team.
What an unbelievably stupid take
First games are tough for everyone. We’ve progressed so much since then

We need to win the game period. There’s no excuses, there weren’t any for coaches back before we were a big time brand so there shouldn’t be now. This is a new phenomenon with Tiger fans, it’s soft and it’s a losers mentality.

How does thinking LSU will lose a given game equal wanting them to lose said game?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Man at what point are we going to go into a game week without this question being asked??
Posted on 10/11/24 at 8:29 am to Quatre Pot
When he starts consistently beating good teams. Again he’s 3-6 vs the top 25 at LSU which is the worst for a coach to start his tenure since Hallman and has been the knock on Kelly throughout his career so it’s a valid question.

Honeymoon was over when he lost to USC. I wanted that win more than any other over the last 15 years.

With two losses already by mid-October, they would be pretty much be out of meaningful contention for the natty.
not really.
But the path is narrow.

I can forgive losing to FSU they were a better team. I cannot forgive losing to USC. The honeymoon is over but he is really sitting in a good position here. If he can squeeze out a win here this team can really make a run.
