I say this because i believe he pulls all the strings. O is a good person but he cannot wipe his butt without asking alleva. I believe that ensminger will be retained as oc hope im wrong. However the douche alleva is toxic and no other coach would have come here. How long would you support 7-8 win seasons before you said just frike it.

Ideally, I wish we could run the pro system successfully enough to win championships. I like the smash mouth style of play and think it's a good selling point for the next level, but at the end of the day it's inevitable that we're gonna make the transformation to the spread

you stupid! Coach O will be the one hiring the OC not j. alleva. If O hires ensninger than LSU is headed back to the 1990's and im done with LSU football.

That's not happening. Stop melting. Go see a movie.

You dont keep CEO and Ensminger as OC and expect to retain your job. And I am CEO's biggest fan. They'll get the right fit.

Ensminger has said publicly that he has no interest in the job full time. I'm not sure what the uproar is about.

This is bad. I feel bad for you and you should be ashamed.

Alleva will have nothing to do with hriing the offensive coordinator until it comes to contract negotiations.

All the info we have recently received about the interview/hiring of coach O indicates that Alleva is VERY INVOLVED in the hiring of the new OC. At a minimum, Alleva has to "approve" the hire/salary offer. I have no faith in the hiring of a new OC for precisely this reason (Alleva will certainly find a way to frick it up). There is little doubt that coach O was able to impress everyone (including Alleva) by guaranteeing Kiffin as our OC. This information says two things, 1. coach O "needs" a wizard OC because he is seriously lacking in this area, 2. once again, Alleva shows his lack of skill as an AD.
