im still extremely excited about narcisse's upside. i see this still working out fine for him as well.

What an idiot you are. So LN doesn’t factor in the next 4 years as a starter. Your words, not mine. JM transfers and you don’t care what Brennan does! Transfer is fine with you. Who the hell plays qb if your Burrow, the next Peyton Manning, gets hurt. This year you will have LN, maybe, and a walkon. That’s why I’m saying this team will have new coaches next year because they put us in a position like this.

so we shouldn't go after a good transfer because we're afraid our existing bad QBs might transfer?

In what world does that make any sense?

If any of our current QBs think they are good enough to lead LSU through a full season of SEC play and have us in title contention, they are high. And I think they know that, themselves.

We will lose one or more of them, though, trying to save face. That’s sad. Put more time in the program and into yourselves... then lead the team when you are actually ready. Too many LSU players have inflated views of themselves. As a group, they need more maturity and more work.
