We’ve been 7 times since Skip stepped down and only have one championship. 7 times in 20 years. We pissed away a lot of opportunities in the past decade alone with some of the best talent and MLB stars. The five championships in a decade was an incredible run, but that’s history. Most of current roster wasn’t even born to see that. The playing field has leveled out and other schools in this conference have passed LSU.

I don't think that anyone has actually "turned down" the job yet. I know some withdrew from consideration, but if you're not hired after 2-3 days, you're not getting the job.
