I know it'd be interesting to know.
This is something I heard on Sunday Night football as far as NFL WR training goes.
In the drill you go on a treadmill at speed 12 on incline 12 for 20 sec. Then you take a 40 sec break then do it again.
Crazy.

Intense offense, but it really isn't that hard to learn after studying it the last 20-30 minutes.
