When/If you watch the replay you'll see that Perkins was covering, sometimes in man-man, Sategna many times all night, including downfield (+15 yds).

A LB should not be covering their track speed, only deep threat, WR that much. We've seen this previously.

I kept thinking OU was going to target that right out the gate in the 2nd half. Shame on them for not doing it. Just based on that alone Arbuckle should never be on a LSU staff. This is also a huge red flag for Baker.

It would be one thing if it was a tweener TE; it's their only deep threat. And again, this isn't the only game.

Want to know why Baker has trouble with running QB's? Because his best LB is in man coverage with his back turned downfield on a WR from the bunch or slot (where a QB would run to).

I just want to know why LSU is the premier team - season in, season out - for giving up these long busted coverage TDs.

It was an illegal formation the refs missed
