Y'all are so dumb with these comparisons. Yes Fla State isn't good this year but Jimbo is a proven winner and will have Fla State back. You tend to get a little leeway when you have won like he has.

I won't defend Jimbo for this trash product but does this year make him an overall complete failure as a coach

His backfield consist of 2 true freshman at QB and RB. That is tough to overcome.

Jimbo has a true freshman at QB and RB while we(LSU) has a 5th yr senior in Etling and Guice/Williams in the backfield. Plus they played Bama tough til the end, will this Orgeron led team do the same?

Les Miles proved he didn't need a QB to win 10 games a year.
And the fact is that we are limited at the QB position and was limited at the RB position most of the season. However, our coaching staff has adjusted and worked an offense into place that is working reasonably well.
But Fisher, on the other hand, continues to put his QB's in bad positions and asking them to make plays when they aren't ready to.
Fisher is so FN overrated!!

You have to ask why is he starting a Freshman at QB? Has he not recruited the position well enough to have upper classmen at that position right now? Is this Freshman THAT good? If so, why isn't he better.

Jimbo built back up a stale program and has had consistent 10 wins seasons for years
