Well you'd get the name recognition but they aren't a great team by any means. And then there's the les miles connection

There's also a Cam Cameron connection now

LSU vs Michigan is an appealing matchup.

The hell with the neutral site mentality. Either play home and home or don't schedule the games

LSU has played every all-time top 25 football program except for Michigan. So yeah I'm on board Doc! Let's prepare the contract.

I want a home-and-home with the following teams: 1. Oklahoma 2. Oregon 3. FSU 4. Clemson 5. Ohio State

Nice list. Do you want any of the two in the same season? Say a road game @ Oregon and a home game vs Clemson in the same season?

I would love to see it, and it would be a big TV draw, too.

1. Nebraska, best game day environment after tiger stadium
2. Oregon, deafening crowd noise, beautiful part of the country
3. Michigan, the big house!!!
4.FSU, doak stadium and the war chant
5.Penn State, great tradition and beaver stadium during a white out is off the charts.

I would love to have a home and home series with these teams

Did Scott Rabalais start this thread? He only mentions an LSU-Michigan football matchup in a column three or four times per year.

I've heard or read (maybe here) that CLM doesn't want to play his alma mater.

CLM has been quoted before as saying he'd never agree to play his old school. LSU tried to make it happen back when Bo was the HC but he demanded a 2 for 1 agreement & LSU told him to shove it. According a friend who used to work in the athletic dept.

This is true. Might as well stop talking about it. It'll never happen while CLM is coach.

Ive considered stadium seating when these topics come up.i believe dallas seats more but other than that . wisc and mich do not the colleges stadiums have more seating? Compared to the neutral sites? I know this probably not that big of a deal but curious. Like doesnt saints stadium hold like 15k fewer people than lsu?

Won't happen while Les is coach at LSU. He said he won't schedule them. In fact had chance to play them in bowl and Les didnt want to. Doesn't want to beat up on his alma mater
