Michael Clayton got buried at the Bluegrass Miracle.

Maybe that's why he thinks former NYG teammate Christian Hopkins (UFA until his NYG stint) is Elohim, Christian's wife is the Queen of Israel and MC is an Archangel.

Too bad CTE can't be diagnosed prior to death.

I’m guessing you were playing at WM in the late 90s?
My brother won 2 football and a baseball around that time.

Can't believe an LSU fan calls it "The Pile on" instead of a dogpile.

When The American Baseball Coaches Association does an article called "Ground Rules: The Art of the Dogpile", they use an LSU dogpile picture.

Ground Rules: The Art of the Dogpile
By Adam Revelette

Perhaps the greatest part of the baseball season are the midsummer months of June and July. School is out, youth leagues are rolling along, summer travel ball teams are gearing up and the Major League All-Star game in July. High school state tournaments and wrapping up and of course, Omaha’s College World Series takes center stage, as victorious teams engage in the greatest celebration in all of sports – the dogpile.

Dogpiles typically begin wherever the baseball is when last out is made, which is typically the pitcher’s mound or first base. However there are some exceptions, like when TCU celebrated a 2010 NCAA Super Regional win at the University of Texas’ Disch-Falk field by dogpiling on the Longhorn logo in center field (Texas returned to the College World Series the following year):

From there, the fracas ensues, typically lasting until the players at bottom begin fighting their way out because they can’t breathe. ...

Easily the stupidest "celebration" in sports.

A tradition that needs to die.

How is that related to combat, at all? I’m also a vet…I’m just struggling to make the connection.

If I had to put my finger on it, I'd say it's just to "highlight" that he was in combat. (before any of you whipper snappers get onto me about dissing a vet, I am also one [CPT, US Army]). I know these types when I see them.
Proud of what they did (rightfully so) and want everyone to know (understandable), but there are a lot of liberties taken to announce it at times.

Also, thank y'all for your service.

Because teams dont have miracle comebacks. It makes complete sense to let off of the pedal, right? Imagine if we would've let off the pedal and pulled starters against bama in 2019.

It is some crazy shite and the truth.

If you have Facebook go take a look.

Christian Hopkins is a manipulator. He makes the people in "his" (Michael Clayton's) house pay him a tithe.

CH is going to court in a week for domestic abuse. If people don't obey him and follow his rules they get hit. Or they are made to sleep outside in tents.

He appointed a woman to be MC's wife before MC and his real wife were divorced. There is now a baby.

Most of the people living in MC's house have arrest records.

Nothing like thuggery in your gated community.

It is a very sad outcome for his former wife and younger children from his 18? year marriage. The cult leader is Christian Hopkins.

I could only hope that a former teammate or old friend could reach out and get through to Michael Clayton and not be able lost cause.

The more.public this gets the better chance he has of getting reprogrammed or whatever you want to call it.

He doesn't look or act the same as he did 4.5 years ago. He has maybe a dozen or more non-related cult members living in his Stonelake Ranch (Tampa area) gated community house.

If Hopkins doesn't like the way his followers are behaving, he publicly punishes them and orders MC or other males to strike (hit) that person.

I know of people who have gotten out of that house. I know people who were physically removed (the domestic abuse case and another young man who CH head butted because he wasn't able to lift a certain amount of weight at the SR community gym).
The young man was bribed by MC who paid for his flight back to Chaska, MN if he didn't file a police report.

The things that have happened in MC's house are crazy.
