Truthfully your defense was gassed in the 1st half and if LSU picks up the 3rd and 1 on the 1st drive of the 2nd half the rout might have been on ...especially if LSU scores another TD then you are down 27-7.... that takes even more energy out of your players mentally... but.... no 1st down for LSU, Texas goes on a 19 play drive for a TD and the shoe is now on the other foot..LSU is gassed on defense.... then it becameTD derby...fortunately LSU scored more...
