Tenn dominated them for about a half, so I guess LSU would be fine for about 3 quarters.

USC has a good offense. LSU has an awful offense.

Uh.....no. Maybe LSU slows them down some, but our offense couldn't keep up with them for four quarters.

It's the LSU loss to USC game of 1979.

Frankly...I'm quite surprised by the replies, such as:

Oregon throws all different types of shite at you.

They throw all different types of shite at the PAC-10 pussies. They'd look a lot different against LSU, or Alabama.

LSU 24
Oregon 21

Let's see...Tennessee still had the lead against us at home with 0 seconds left on the clock.

Oregon gave Tennessee their worst loss EVER at Neyland Stadium. And that was after Tennessee had a 13-3 lead on them.

Did you watch the Auburn game? They run the same type of offense, but just much faster and they can pass too. They have blazing speed and their unbelievable pace on offense would give us fits trying to substitute on D like we always do.

Have you seen us trying to sub people in tight situations? Let me just tell you if you haven't...it's not real pretty.

ASU put up 597 yds on Oregon...but, had 7 turn overs. Ran 99 offensive plays. Go figure....

Oregon has a shitty defense. They are very beatable by any "big boy" team with a solid offense and a very good defense.

Shitty defense: See Auburn

Auburn: Shitty defense. Held LSU to 17 points and less than 300 total yards.

I doubt LSU puts more than 30 pts on ULM. Auburns defense, while crappy as hell is better than Oregons.

1. They've played no one with a very good defense, so you do not know.
2. LSU does not meet your criteria. They do not have a :solid offense". And LSU's D showed huge holes against a team who ran somewhat similar to Oregon.

31 would be inedible. Depending on how the Bama game goes, they might come out flat against ULM like they did against Tech last year.

Which is why I said LSU would lose to Oregon this year.

Oregon is vulnerable to a tough and fast defense. That must be what you noticed. Just because they are vulnerable, doesn't mean we would win. I wouldn't want any part of Oregon at this point.
