Lee is the most unhappy QB I have ever seen. You can see how unhappy he is all over his face.

i also do not have a clue why some can not be objective when it comes to the qb play of jj and jl. seems as though if you have anything less than praise to say about them someone will think you are hating on them. can you just be objective and note that neither of these guys are great qb's?

You are building a strawman argument. My implications were that you probably didn't have enough to base your suspicions.

It has been pointed out in multiple posts in this thread about Lee standing a taking a hit and still delivering the throw.

I am debating your inference about his "toughness" - had you merely said that he is not a good QB as shown by his numbers in comparison to others - then it is a valid argument and folks can either agree or point the flaws with numbers or rating fallacies.

Instead you chose to arrive at "lack of toughness" based on nothing and that is illogical given that he has shown comparable behavior/reactions with other QBs.

would you call drew brees scared to get hit when he was flushed out of the pocket in the red zone the other night? as has been stated, in lee's defense, i saw several instances where there were poor rout running assignments. but i saw a qb that keeps his eyes downfield and has the ability to check down and complete those passes. the average fan certainly recognizes that he has a tendency to get "happy feet" at times. however, he has not had a consistently significant amount of time under center to iron out these tendencies you cite as just a "scared" qb. As the season progresses, i believe we will see JL develop a rhythm, hang in the pocket, and put up respectable numbers as a result of: the respective players understanding and executing their assignments, building chemistry and confidence, and play-to-play/week-to-week game time experience to refine his technique. remember, they had a relatively short amount of time to make considerable changes in the game in plan to work to JL's strengths. this offense will continue to evolve into a positive direction. i hope to God you feel like a douche bag after this spectacular season there statmaster.

For a MAN to come back and stay as a Tiger from the type of season that Lee had as a freshman and take the kind of verbal assaults that have been thrown at him over the years...I would say he has more moxie than some jerk hiding behind his computer and posting such dribble. I believe he has a better chance of winning a Championship than our "former" starter. I will also say here and now that we will see less delay of game penalties with Lee behind center.

I'll believe that until I see differently.

I must admit I dont want to see Lee suddenly start taking hits to make some of you happy with his manhood. We have no other tested QB.
