I have never seen a QB as scared to get hit as J Lee

And that is his biggest problem. It's the reason he throws off his back foot. It's the reason he does not step up in the pocket when he should. It's the reason he doesn't run when he should. He is scared shitless. He's got plenty good enough arm and enough size to be a good QB. He just doesn't have the moxie, and unfortunately, that is NOT something you can teach. You either got it, or you don't. And he doesn't.
P.S. That doesn't mean that he can't take us where we all want to go, it just makes it harder for us to get there.

I support whomever is quarterback. Alot of people see him shying away from contact and throwing off his backfoot but if he manages the game, avoids turnovers and gives the playmakers an oppurtunity to make plays then I will not comment negatively on the young man that is trying his best. I wish fans would heed this call for civility regardless of whom is at QB for LSU.

I didn't see a QB scared of anything. If you don't like him just say so. I saw a kid who had 4 easy catches dropped in the first half. I saw balls thrown right where they were supposed to be with receivers not running the right rout several times. I saw a kid who stood in there and waited for receivers to get open as opposed to another kid who at the first sign of his first option covered would take off and run without looking down field.

Are we not allowed to post anything "not positive" about our team? Am I wrong? Have you guys not watched J Lee? Did anyone see Lee diving into the pile to recover the fumbles...yeah, neither did I.

Nobody talked about how scared he looked. I've seen threads on throwing off his back foot and dropped passes. I'm talking about his psyche. He looks like a scared kitten.
