Heard Nuss was dropping dimes on TigerBait's practice report today

All we ever hear in August is positivity. Then we find out we still can’t run the ball but people get mad when you have realistic expectations. Vegas isn’t high on us for a reason. A reason most fans on here won’t admit for 2 months.
Vegas had LSU favored in the past 5 openers against MS ST, UCLA, FSU, FSU, and USC for a reason?

problems on the OL, inability to run, too many hiccups, defense dominant. But, that does not mean our O will be less than average or the defense is tremendous.
So the OL didn’t give up a pressure Saturday or a sack. They don’t run many plays in 11-11 but Durham had a 45 yard TD run at one point and I remember Kaleb having a 5 yard run. Also had a TFL on a run and someone had a 3 yard run. But if they run with ball with the 1s 5 times at the end of practice, we can’t learn that much.
2nd team OL has had issues, but since contact started the 1s haven’t been bad. They just need to gel. IMO.

Once you realize that the preseason hype is based on absolutely nothing, and you become jaded with the repetitive yearly cycle of truly meaningless talking points, then it becomes easier to disengage, enjoy, and let the cards fall where they may.
